Men picked to finish seventh

The GW men's basketball team is picked to finish seventh in the Atlantic 10 in the annual preseason poll.

Senior Reece Rice was selected to the second team all-conference squad, while freshman Xavier Alexander was picked to the rookie team. Xavier (the university) received 42 of the 59 first place votes from participating coaches and members of the media. Here are the selections:
